GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT

STRUCTURE

The structure is made using 18 mm thick chipboard panels laminated with non-toxic melamine sheets in conformance with European norms E1 on the emission of formaldehyde. Some side panels can be veneered with wood, personalized in the colours of laminated or lacquered colours of the doors, upon request. All edges are glued with polyurethane glues, they are equipped with a rubber strip which minimises noise when the doors are shut and guarantees perfect seal against dust, odours and insects. Base cabinets and columns are 58,5 cm deep and built with a back panel which is recessed by 50 mm to allow electrical wires and piping to pass freely. Base units and columns are supplied with the respective plinth h.15 in PVC coated in aluminium or laminate (Price already included in the price of the cabinetry). Wall cabinets are supplied with the respective hanging rail (Price already included in the price of the cabinetry).

SHELVES

The cabinet shelves, bordered on all four sides, can be positioned at different heights according to your storage needs. Shelves of cabinets with glass doors are supplied as a standard with thick glass shelves. All shelves are provided with an anti-tipping locking device. Chromed steel wire shelves can be requested for heavy loads.

DRAWERS AND BASKETS

Standard drawers and baskets are in metal coated grey full extension "BLUM" of type "TANDEM-BOX", they can be adjusted horizontally and vertically, sliding softly and silently along steel runners built to support heavy loads (30 Kg.) with an automatic closing system thanks to self-closing, guaranteed for over 100.000 of opening/shutting cycles. Upon request they can be requested with the braking mechanism "blumotion". Besides that, they can be supplied in stainless steel. Wire baskets, also the ones of the corners, are all chrome plated as a standard.

BIGGER CORNER UNITS

The dimensions of our corner units, besides the standard sizes (corner wall cabinet 60x60 and corner base 105x60 etc.) are also offered in the increased sizes cm 4,3 (e.g. corner base instead of cm 150,60 can be requested cm 109,3x64,3 or the corner wall cabinet instead of cm 60x60 can be requested cm 64,3x64,3). This important innovation allows putting beside corner units, base units with drawers and /or baskets, dishwashers etc. eliminating the former problems of opening of the door. This not only makes the project of a kitchen cheaper, easier and with better aesthetical and functional results, but prevent from errors.

PLATE DRAINERS

Plate drainers are supplied as a standard with the new aluminium frame with chrome wire grids with inox drop-saver basins. The possibility of changing the position of the grid for dishes with the one for glasses gives the maximum flexibility in the optimisation of the internal space of the cabinet.

SPECIAL BOTTOMS FOR BASE UNITS AND COLUMNS

The bottom of the sink cabinet is lined with embossed aluminium to protect it from water seepage. The bottom of the refrigerator column is made of pre-formed techno polymer which withstands the dampness caused by the presence of any condensation water and guarantees the correct airing of the appliance.

HINGES

The steel hinges and doors are designed to offer a 110°/180° opening. They can be adjusted along three axes and are equipped with an automatic clip-on system to hook them into place and have been tested for 100,000 opening/shutting cycles. Plate drainers and some other units are equipped with hinges 180° as a standard to increase the comfort in their day-by-day use. The wall cabinets with top-hinged doors (vasistas) are equipped with an oleo dynamic piston-operated opening mechanism.

ADJUSTABLE HANGING BRACKEST

The wall cabinet hanging brackets, supplied with chrome covers, are adjustable. The wall cabinet supports are adjustable from the inside along three different axes and are tested for a maximum carrying capacity of 140 kg for each pair. They can also be used as an anti-tipping fastening device on all cabinets.

PLINTH

Standard plinths are 15 cm. high, made in PVC coated with a protected film in the different colours or in aluminium. Upon request, for some models, they can be coated veneered. The connecting system to the adjustable feet allows an easy removal of the plinth enabling the access to the under cabinet space. Upon request it's possible to order aluminium ridges plinths h. cm 15.

ACCESSORIES

A wide range of accessories is available. All kitchen models can come with a special stainless steel channel to be fitted at the back of the worktop. This channel is 15 cm deep and is positioned behind the base cabinets, allowing you to store a range of items inside it (food storage tubs, utensils, drainers, etc.) enlarging the worktop and leaving everything within easy reach. You can fit the cabinets with indoor lighting and various chromed wire or steel accessories to keep their contents tidy. The "magic corner", a clever and creative mechanism that solves the problems you have accessing the base cabinet corner. A variety of waste bins are available, either made of stainless steel, plastic, or even divided up especially for waste segregation. Lower waste-bins are available for base units with baskets for model Modula. Different cutlery trays are available: plastic, wooden, steel (dishwasher-proof), with optional kitchen tool sets. Kitchen lighting is extremely important, both for making the room user-friendly and to cut down the number of accidents within the home. The worktop in particular can be lit using a variety of solutions, either placed beneath the cabinet itself, or underneath a shelf, hidden away from sight.

GLASS DOORS

Satin finish aluminium frame with blue-tinted glass, having a little nail near to each corner of the glass. The LH/RH hinged glass doors have the knob mod. SQUARE. Wall cabinets with lift-up glass doors have a hidden handle in the bottom part of the aluminium frame.

POSITION OF THE HANDLES

Horizontal and central. The handles on the drawers are installed aligned to the ones on the doors. On the units 15 the handle ELLISSE is vertical, while the handle Sphera is replaced by knob SQUARE. On columns with a whole door h. 201 (side 186) and h. 213 (side 198) and on columns with a whole aluminium frame glass door h. 141 (side 126), h.213 (side 198), the handle is vertical (handle Sphera is combined with vertical Flap). For opening of wall cabinets, plate drainer cabinets, hoods trendy 90 and 120 and wall cabinets Space we install a small g-bar (invisible when the wall cabinet is closed) in the lower part of the wall cabinet. All wall the top column units h. 36 and h. 54 depth 34,5 and 58,5 are supplied without handle with push-pull opening system.

WALK-IN CORNER COLUMN

This unit is without bottom and ceiling with foldable doors, plain or aluminium frame glass ones, (with plinth attached to the doors). Standard dimensions are 123x123 cm. When it is next to columns 56,5+2 on both sides. If the units aside are not columns it is necessary to add a side panel 56 th.1,8 on the side without column, therefore dimensions become 123x125 (with 1 side panel) or 125x125 (with 2 side panels). The structure of the walk-in column works on a swivel post that allows not only to solve out of squaring problems but also to design several corner or even straight solutions (straight 94 cm.).

On the aluminium frame of the glass door handle is specific, that is new Nizza (chromed, distance of holes 96). On the rounded elements and on the elements 15 the rectangular handle Venezia is replaced with rounded knob TIME (chromed built-in).
